Rafał Kwiatkowski, chief operations officer and a member of the board at Echo Polska Properties, has been named as one of the most recognizable and influential general counsels in the CEE region by GC Powerlist. Kwiatkowski is a seasoned legal counsel with many years of experience in real estate and compliance. At EPP, he supervises the legal department as well as the company’s acquisitions. Prior to joining EPP, he worked for Echo Investment for more than 15 years, where he was directly involved in the legal aspects of financing, leasing, sales and acquisitions, first as a team member of the legal department and then as the company’s chief legal officer. During his tenure at Echo Investment, he also supervised the firm’s property management activity. Between 2005 and 2007, Kwiatkowski was a member of the supervisory board at Barlinek SA and Opoczno SA.
