Gold Coast Premier Properties has completed construction of the new WoodSpring Suites Miami Southwest hotel in the Miami submarket of Richmond Heights. Located at 16055 SW 117th Avenue, the four story extended-stay hotel will feature
123 suites in three room layouts. As with all WoodSpring Hotels, each room has an in-room, fully equipped kitchen. The property will offer free wireless Internet, guest laundry and a fitness center. The asset will be operated by Overland Park, Kansas-based Hotel Management & Consulting. Gold Coast Premier has future plans to complete seven more WoodSpring Suites in the south Florida area.
