The Turkish real estate developer Anchor Grup will be investing €9.5m in the Pallady Towers residential project. Located in the eastern part of the capital, the scheme will offer 200 apartments. The first phase of the project began this fall and will be completed in September of 2019. The investment is being carried out using the company’s own resources, with prices having been set at between €38,100 for a studio and €100,000 for a three-room apartment.
