Take-up on the Polish warehouse market has exceeded 2.54 million sqm since the start of the year. An impressive 1.34 million sqm of modern warehouse space was under construction in Q3, according to AXI IMMO. Take-up totaled 720,000 sqm for the quarter, of which new lease agreements and expansions accounted for 62 percent. This is 23 percent higher compared with the same period last year. AXI IMMO is predicting the final take-up results for 2017 will equal or exceed 2016’s 3.09 million sqm.
