Scott Lunine has joined Marcus & Millichap as as vice president and regional manager in the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining the firm, Lunine served as a managing principal with Waddell & Reed, and eight years as a senior vice president and national director of retail investments for Sperry Van Ness, where he directed their agent training program. He has also has held positions with SCI Real Estate Investments and T.R. Winston & Co. Lunine attended California State University, Northridge, where he was a national debate champion and a member of the U.S. International Debate Team.
