Huge demand for office space in Kraków is driven, in part, by interest from companies in the business service sector as well as the city’s developed infrastructure and educated labor pool, according to a study by Podium Investment. To that end, a number of office schemes have been developed in recent years, boosting the city’s employment numbers. Companies are attracted by direct access to the Kraków Airport, the second biggest in Poland, as well the A4 motorway and the planned S7 expressway, which will connect Kraków to Warsaw.
