Case Real Estate Capita has hired Aysha Cox as a financial and investment analyst. Cox will work with the firm’s finance and asset management teams in underwriting, valuing, closing and managing its diverse investment portfolio. Prior to joining Case, Cox was a supervisor in asset management at Hudson Realty Capital and served as a Florida licensed realtor with Gulf Gateway Realty, a pension accounting administrator with Pension Planners and a financial analyst with GATES Capital Group. Cox earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she was a member of the Financial Managers Association and the Undergraduate Business Association.
