Vastint Poland signed lease agreements with Candy Hoover Polska and Pretius for space at Business Garden Warsaw. The new tenants plan to move into a newly built part of the complex at the start of the year. Business Garden features seven office buildings, offering a total of 90,000 sqm of leasable area. The complex includes a 200-room hotel as well as a conference center with eight rooms and a restaurant. In the new part of the complex, a canteen, grocery store, fitness club and a number of service points will soon open.
