Dan Sucu, owner of the Mobexpert group, and Valentin Visoiu, owner of the Conarg group, have already sold two-thirds of the first phase of their Arcadia Apartments residential project in Bucharest’s Domenii neighborhood. The project is going up on 3 ha, which was acquired for €18m, according to news reports. The seven-story building includes 193 residential units, ranging from studios to two- three- and four-room apartments, penthouses and duplexes.
