Bischoff & Compagnons building Alphagon offices in Budapest

13 November 2017

Bischoff & Compagnons is poised to break ground on its Alphagon office building in Budapest’s South Buda district. Completion is set for the second quarter of 2019. The company, which broke onto the Hungarian office market in the early 2000s with its Oktogon Ház scheme, has long focused on developing buildings that are flexible in their use and offering. The Alphagon design, for example, takes advantage of natural daylight. “Many of our current tenants start to rent their offices right after construction is completed. They understand the concept of a class A office building and are fully satisfied with its features,” said Richard Teichmann, managing partner for the CEE region at Bischoff & Compagnons. “We are focusing on building a balanced tenant mix in Hungary, Slovakia and Austria as well. The management is looking for tenants such as IT companies and law firms that need spaces from as small as 155 sqm.”
