13 November 2017

Gross take-up on the Polish industrial market reached 630,000 sqm in the third quarter, according to the latest JLL report. New lease agreements and expansions accounted for 478,000 sqm of the total. Central Poland attracted the the most deals, followed by the Warsaw suburbs and Poznań. “The Polish industrial market remains highly popular amongst tenants. Since the beginning of the year to the end of September 2017, net demand amounted to 1.79 million sqm,” said Tomasz Mika, head of industrial for JLL Poland. “This allows us to draw favorable conclusions since there is less than 400,000 sqm of leased space required to establish a new record.”
