The Platinium 3 office building in Warsaw, managed by Allianz Real Estate, has received a LEED Gold certificate. The certification process was conducted by Colliers International. Platinium 3 is one out of five class A office buildings at the Platinium business park, located at the junction of Woloska and Domaniewska streets. The building offers 11,500 sqm of space on seven floors. The Platinium business park offers 58,200 sqm of space, allowing flexible floor arrangements. The complex also features a park and lake.
