American restaurant chain Papa John’s leased 1,600 sqm of warehouse, production and office space at the Ideal Distribution Center in Warsaw’s Okęcie district. Papa John’s International is the world’s third largest pizza chain, with more than 5,000 restaurants on 45 markets. In October, the company announced it would be expanding across Poland with plans to open more than 20 new restaurant locations. Ideal Distribution Center is a small business unit distribution center that combines warehouse and office functions. It features 40,000 sqm of space in six warehouse and office buildings.
