Kotlarska 11, a new mixed-used project located near Bulwary Wiślane in Kraków, has officially opened. The scheme offers 11,000 sqm of office and retail space on five floors as well as underground parking for 190 cars. The building is equipped with 24-hour reception, security, BMS and building access control. The developer and investor, UMB Polska, is planning to sell Kotlarska 11. The project was financed by Raiffeisen Landesbank, while Porr Polska oversaw construction.
