Premier Estate Management will oversee the sales of Anchor Group’s Pallady Towers residential complex. The project is underway on Theodor Pallady boulevard in Bucharest’s Titan neighborhood and will feature 200 units in two housing blocks. The units will range from studios to two- and three-room apartments. There will also be underground parking. The first phase of the project, consisting of 109 apartments, broke ground this fall and is scheduled for completion in September.
