Avestus Real Estate has secured a building permit for its Imagine office complex, which is set to go up at the corner of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza streets in Łódź. The project will feature two buildings offering a total of 16,800 sqm of commercial space. There will also be a car park with 356 spots and 49 double bicycle racks. Imagine will include a number of technological solutions, like a BMS System, which monitors and controls the operation of installations inside the buildings, as well as a full heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system. Imagine will be completed in line with the requirements of a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent. Construction will begin in November with completion scheduled between late 2018 and early 2019.
