Bischoff & Compagnons is poised to break ground on the Alphagon office building in Budapest. The investment will offer 5,000 sqm and is DGNB pre-certified. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2019. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. CBRE has been appointed exclusive leasing agent.
