The Henin Group has reveled plans to expand its luxury Riviera Bella community overlooking the St. Johns River in DeBary, FL by an additional 293 single-family homes. To achieve this, the Winter Park-based builder has acquired 66 acres directly across Fort Florida Road near Lake Konomac. The two projects will be interconnected by a new next-generation Envera security system. A new amenities package will include a $300,000 splash park with cabana, along with a nature park, nature trails and four playgrounds scattered throughout the new phases. In the new section of 293 home sites, D.R. Horton will build new single-family homes priced from the mid $200s. The homebuilder will start its first models and sales will begin during the first quarter of next year with the final build-out is projected to be complete between 2022 and 2023.
