Construction broke ground on Building H at the Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complex in Krak贸w鈥檚 Podg贸rze district. The office building will offer 10,000 sqm of space and 209 parking spots, expanding the B4B complex鈥檚 total leasable space to 75,000. Building H has secured a BREEAM Very Good certificate for this stage of development. It will undergo final certification after completing construction and interior design for individual tenants.
