CTP’s Romanian portfolio grew by 73 percent, hitting 700,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space with a total market value of €364m in the first nine months of the year. The developer built more than 180,000 sqm of space in Romania in 2017, with an additional 300,000 sqm scheduled to hit the market in the first quarter of next year. The current vacancy rate of CTP’s Romanian portfolio is less than 3 percent.
