AFI Europe is planning to break ground on a new residential project in Bucharest’s Bucurestii Noi neighborhood by the end of this year. Danya Cebus will oversee the construction of AFI City, which will offer 2,200 apartments and a 6,000 commercial center. AFI Europe is waiting to secure all the necessary permits. The first and second phase will deliver a total of 190 apartments.
