Townscape is planning to develop an mixed-use project in Berlin’s Brunnenviertel district. ENTER, to go up at the corner of Max-Urich-Strasse and Ackerstrasse, will offer 17,500 sqm of office space on six floors. The scheme will also feature a retail and gastronomy area and 42 parking spaces. The project was designed by RKW+ Architekten Düsseldorf. Construction is set to begin in Q2 2018.
