Telekom Romania is selling the Tandem building near Palatul Telefoanelor in Bucharest. The starting price is estimated at €8m. The sale will take place through a closed-envelope auction that will start on Nov. 1. The building, which sits on a 4,740 sqm plot, offers 13,250 sqm of usable space over seven floors and two underground levels. Telekom recently finalized the sale of another property in same city district, which went for €3.3m, according to local news reports.
