Reconstruction of Hotel Vidikovac near Lake Zvornik got underway a year ago in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The work is expected to cost roughly €1.7m and should result in a 4-star hotel offering two apartments and 21 rooms. Among the amenities being installed in the hotel are a wellness and spa center, an indoor swimming pool, saunas, aromatic showers, a gym, massage facilities and a jacuzzi. Following the completion of reconstruction work, the owners plan to add a panoramic elevator and a new beach bar. The investor has selected local contractors for the work.
