Ericka Witkowski has been appointed as Director of Office Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Witkowski worked at Avison Young, where she specialized in agency leasing and tenant representation. She has also worked for Colliers International South Florida. Witkowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and holds leadership positions in several Miami community organizations. āEricka is one of the rising young stars of the South Florida commercial real estate community.
