Rheinallee III is underway in the Zollhafen district of Mainz. CA Immo recently held a topping-out ceremony. In addition to 181 units, a REWE supermarket and a daycare center will open in the scheme by the end of 2018. The investment volume is €45m. CA Immo is developing the project for special fund managed by Aberdeen Asset Management, which intends to lease the flats. CA Immo will oversee leasing the retail space and daycare center.
