ICP Capital Partners closed its first deal with the purchase of an office property on Na RybnĆÄku street near St. Å tÄpĆ”n church in Prague. The new Czech investor investor paid CZK 130m for the historic building and a modern addition offering 2,400 sqm of usable space. The server e15 broke the news, reporting that ICP plans to target properties that are not attractive to big players but too expensive for small investors. The company, established by a group of leading lawyers and consultants in the Czech Republic, plans to invest CZK 1bn into real estate.
