Apleona GVA will continue to manage a commercial real estate portfolio totaling around 780,000 sqm of space for Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft. The contract was set to expire on Jan. 1. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The portfolio includes 60 office, retail and hotel buildings across Germany. As part of the contract renewal, Apleona will also manage two additional office properties in the Triuva portfolio: the Westend Ottensen office complex in Hamburg-Altona and the SANAA building in Essen.
