PSJ is building Mayhouse, an office project in Prague 4, for the investor CPI Property Group. The project, going up along the busy Prague magistrala, will offer 7,700 sqm of modern office space across six floors as well as retail on the ground floor, a roof terrace and parking for 69 cars. Construction started in September. The building, with good transit access and great visibility, should reach topping by September 2018. Mayhouse is the third project PSJ is currently building in the city’s Pankrác business district. The construction company is also working on the V Tower residential high-rise above the Pankrác metro station and the adjacent office project Main Point Pankrác.
