Wayne S. Chang has joined Olshan Properties as executive Vice President, Finance. Chang will be responsible for leading financial disciplines at the company including overseeing accounting, finance, audit, and tax compliance. Chang has more than 15 years of leadership in real estate finance and has previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Preferred Real Estate Investments and held previous positions for Skilken Real Estate and for U.S. Properties Group. Chang holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting as well as an MBA with a minor in real estate from Ohio State University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), designations accredited by the Institute of Management Accountants.
