BNP Paribas Real Estate Czech Republic has created an in-house industrial team in an effort to meet strong demand from international companies active in the sector. The new department will help clients who want to enter the local market with developer negotiations, market analyses and expert consultation. These are often companies that use BNP property services in Poland, Germany and France, including K-Flex, Cosentino, Panalpina, Frigo Logistics, HOPI, Orbico Beauty, Clipper Logistics, Fructoplant and AGS Movers.
The company appointed Tomasz Gnich and Ondřej Dymeš to form the Prague industrial team. Gnich joins the Prague BNP office from Poland, where he worked for the company three years. He is experienced in designing industrial warehouses. Dymeš has worked for BNP in Prague for two years, focusing on market analysis and the industrial sector.
