Daria Kotarska joined the retail department at Cresa Poland as a senior advisor. She will be responsible for representing and supporting tenants in negotiations with shopping center and retail park owners as well as identifying best store locations on high streets and office buildings for retailers. Kotarska previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 20 years, negotiating some of the largest leases on the Polish retail market for such clients as Globe Trade Centre, Neinver, ING Real Estate, Atrium European Real Estate, Inter IKEA and Fortis.
