The state-owned real estate management company Immobilien Freistaat Bayern signed a lease on 1,148 sqm of office at HighLight Towers in Munich. The scheme is now fully leased. The property, which was acquired by Commerz Real in 2016, offers approximately 71,600 sqm of office space. Tenants include IBM, Fujitsu and Unify. In total, the complex, which is part of the open-ended real estate fund hausInvest, has a leasable area of some 85,500 sqm.
