Developer City Point Capital along with Choice Hotels International has broken ground on the Cambria Hotel South Boston. Located at 6 West Broadway, the 159 room property is scheduled for completion in 2019. The asset sits directly across from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Red Line T station and near the Boston Convention Center. Notable national employers in the area include Gillette, General Electric, Liberty Mutual and Wayfair. The Cambria South Boston will feature a rooftop bar, leased restaurant space, stylish amenities and local art. The property will also include ample meeting space, a business center and a state of the art fitness center.
