Alpha Industrial broke ground on a logistics park at the Port of Hamburg. The scheme, located at Vollhöfner Weiden 17, will target logistics, commerce and production companies. The first hall will offer approximately 15,000 sqm of logistics and social space. It will include two flexible units, which should be completed by the first quarter of next year. EPISO 3, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, is the investor. The construction of the second (12,000 sqm) and third (5,000 sqm) halls will start after the first hall hits full occupancy.
