Wolff & Müller is set to build SonninPark in Hamburg’s Hammerbrook district. The scheme of 24 buildings will go up on a 17,000 sqm plot previously owned by Sharp Electronics Group. SonninPark will offer 750 residential units, commercial space and underground parking. Wolff & Müller, on behalf of WHM Grundstücksverwaltungs, is set to build 10 buildings (256 residential units) of the project. Aug. Prien will also be involved with the development. SonninPark is part of SonninQuartiers, one of the largest projects in Hamburg with the investment volume €300m.
