Internos Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH has acquired a retirement campus in Herne, North-Rhine Westphalia. The property, which is currently under construction, was secured for the Care Invest I fund. Seniorencampus Herne-Baukau, located at Forellstrasse 46, will offer 4,850 sqm of space. In addition to providing 80 beds in single rooms, it will also feature a pharmacy, a GP surgery and a physiotherapy practice. Completion is scheduled by the end ofthe year. The property is pre-leased to Protea Care GmbH.
