UDH, the distributor of global beer brands and food products in Poland, has leased 2,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Janki II. AXI Immo represented the tenant in the lease transaction. “The client wanted a modern warehouse space in a convenient location to carry out logistic operations,” said Anna Peczela, industrial and logistic consultant at AXI Immo. “Janki is currently one of the best location for distribution, ensures fast access to Warsaw and at the same time to express roads in the direction of Katowice and Krakow.” Panattoni Park Janki II will feature two warehouse halls totaling more than 37,000 sqm.
