Project Investment Gruppe is set to build two new residential schemes in Berlin. The investment volume is approximately €28m. The company recently acquired two plots. A 2,684 sqm plot, located in Berlin’s Französisch-Buchholz district, will feature a three-building complex with two- to four-room units. The second residential project, located in the capital’s Steglitz-Zehlendorf district, will include two- to five-room units, ranging between 70 and 135 sqm.
