The Focus office building in Warsaw secured a BREEAM In-Use certificate. The scheme, located on Ludowej avenue, received an Excellent rating in building management and a Very Good rating in asset performance. The audit, commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm and the office park’s property manager, was conducted by Sweco Consulting. Focus offers 32,000 sqm of class A office space on 12 floors as well as 400 parking spots on three underground levels. The property was designed by the Warsaw-based studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates.
