Polish digital satellite platform NC+ has leased 1,300 sqm at Emerald Office Center in Katowice, where it will open a call center. Colliers International represented the tenant in lease negotiations, while the owner of the building was advised by Knight Frank, the exclusive agent and manager of the complex. āNC+ has been our client for many years.
