Schöck Group has leased 4,050 sqm of warehouse at Segro Industrial Park Tychy 2. Schöck, which manufactures thermal and acoustic insulation of load-bearing building elements, was represented by Savills. The industrial park offers 42,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in two buildings. Segro is the owner, developer and property manager of the scheme.
