Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia sold its production and distribution complex in Lúka, near Piešťany, in Slovakia to Priemyselný areál Lúka. The buyer, a JV formed by Slovenské liehovary a likérky and Waterholding, will take over the production and distribution complex as well as the adjacent properties. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Coca-Cola was represented by JLL. The property offers 30,000 sqm of leasable space and 35,000 sqm of development land. Marian Pavelka, PR manager of Coca-Cola HBC, said that while the company closed production in Slovakia, it plans to invest into retail, logistics and distribution in the country and focus on improving its service.
