Nikolas von Kleist and Ibrahim Awan have joined Barings Real Estate Advisers’ German team. Awan joined the Munich team as a senior analyst, while von Kleist was appointed transactions manager of the Frankfurt office. They will work within the transactions team, supporting the underwriting and due diligence of new investments. Nikolas has more than eight years of experience in the real estate sector. Von Kleist previously worked at GE Capital Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Barings, Awan worked as asset manager at JLL.
