Obermeyer Helika has been hired to design the refurbishment of the former Světovar brewery in Pilsen. The brewery building will become part of the Dronet technology center, which aims to attract companies active in drone research and manufacturing as well as the development of software apps for drones. Reconstruction of the site’s historic villa is also part of the project and will serve as office, workshops and relaxation space for Dronet employees. The design will be based on an architectural study done by Milan Varvařovský and Tereza Varvařovská. Obermeyer Helika will also prepare documentation for the construction permit and will oversee the construction.
