P3 completed the fifth phase in its logistics park in Žilina. The new addition offers 12,500 sqm of logistics and industrial warehouse space in the newly completed buildings DC2 (8,400 sqm) and DC3 (4,200 sqm). The developer plans to offer the majority of the new space its existing tenants at P3 Žilina who are looking to expand. Just 4,296 sqm will be made available to the new clients. DB Schenker is one the park’s long-term tenants, which has already expanded twice. The logistics provider currently occupies 7,585 sqm of distribution space along with 371 sqm of office. Albatros Logistics relocated to a new hall, offering 4,123 sqm of storage and 235 sqm of office from the 3,000 sqm space it took in 2012. THe tenant list also includes DHL Parcel Slovensko, Geis Group and GEFCO.
