Werk Property Group is planning to build a parking garage in the immediate vicinity of its Vox Technology Park, currently underway in Timisoara. The developer will invest €2.5m in the parking project. The garage will feature 400 parking spots on five levels. Construction is scheduled to break ground in November, with completion set for June 2018. Vox Technology Park will have a leasable area of 26,000 sqm. It is scheduled for completion in December, following an investment of €30m.
