The foundation laying ceremony for the Skyliner office tower at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw has been held, marking the beginning of construction which will last 33 months. Skyliner will be 195 meters tall and will offer close to 44,000 sqm of rentable area. The scheme will also offer more than 3,000 sqm of shops, restaurants, cafés, fitness clubs and showrooms from the leading brands. The investment has earned an Excellent rating in the BREEAM certification system. It was designed by APA Wojciechowski Architects, while the construction work is being carried out by Warbud SA.
