Ghelamco has sold building B of the Warsaw Spire office complex for €100 m. The buyer of the headquarters of Frontex comprising 21,600 sqm is CA Immo, a listed property company on the Vienna Stock Exchange. “We would like to congratulate CA Immo for choosing Warsaw Spire building B,” said Jeroen van der Toolen, Managing Director CEE, Ghelamco. “This transaction reinforces the value of our developments as investment products, as well as the leading role of Ghelamco in the Polish real estate market”.
