GEG German Estate Group will be developing new headquarters for Union Investment in Frankfurt. The administrative building of Union Investment, located at Wiesenhüttenstrasse 10, will be turned into a modern landmark tower block with the 95m-high Riverpark Tower. The investment volume is approximately €220m. Riverpark Tower will feature a hotel, 120 to 130 condominiums and 100 apartments over 23 floors. This will be the premiere project of the famous architect Ole Scheeren in Germany. Construction is set to begin in late 2018.
